Tanya earned her BBA in Accounting from UMass Amherst, including a study abroad at Manchester Business School in England. She is a licensed CPA and began her career with PwC before transitioning into the private sector, where she focused on financial accounting.

For the past five years, she specialized in the solar industry, with an emphasis on establishing efficient month-end close processes, financial cleanup, and improving accounting operations. She also enjoy mentoring junior staff and teaching accounting principles to help build strong accounting teams. Helping organizations create streamlined and accurate financial systems has been one of the most rewarding aspects of of her career.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, and staying busy as a soccer and dance mom to her two young children.
