Lester is a Marine Corps veteran who served as both an infantryman and, during his final year of service, a battle simulation operator. He brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and team-first mindset to everything he does.

After transitioning from military service, Lester entered the solar industry, where he has spent the past three years building expertise in residential solar. He has found the industry both exciting and rewarding and is eager to expand his experience by transitioning into commercial solar.

Outside of work, Lester enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family, especially during the summer months when backyard games and poolside gatherings are a regular part of life. Having recently purchased a home, he stays busy tackling a steady list of projects and improvements around the house. For now, he and his wife enjoy a laid-back lifestyle and are looking forward to the next chapter of life together.
