Casey’s fascination with electricity began in elementary school when a local utility company visited to teach electrical safety around downed power lines. A demonstration of a Jacob’s ladder sparked a lifelong interest that eventually led him to become a Master Electrician with 24 years of experience in the electrical industry.

Casey brings extensive hands-on experience in electrical construction and project management to Influent Energy. He enjoys troubleshooting complex problems, mentoring others, and seeing projects come together from concept to completion. His approach to leadership emphasizes clear communication, collaboration, and accountability. He believes successful projects are built on strong relationships, clearly defined expectations, and helping people succeed.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys hiking, playing sports, and traveling with his wife, Rachel. He loves exploring new places, trying new experiences, and embracing whatever adventure comes next.
