A.J. joins the team with more than 18 years of experience in electrical design, specializing in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS),and renewable energy projects ranging from residential installations to multi-megawatt commercial and utility scale developments. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in system design, permitting, utility interconnection, electrical calculations, and process improvement, while building strong relationships with customers, utilities, and local jurisdictions.

When he’s not working, A.J. enjoys staying active on the softball field and spending time in the workshop pursuing woodworking projects. Whether building something from scratch, refining a design, or collaborating with teammates, he enjoys the challenge of turning ideas into finished products—a mindset that carries over into both his professional and personal pursuits.
