Jason brings decades of construction experience as an electrician and supervisor and his natural leadership and adept communications skills to his role as Director of Operations.   

Jason pivoted from the construction industry as an electrician to the solar industry in 2008, when there was a downturn in construction and Jason was drawn to the robust energy the “wild west” the solar industry presented! When Jason is not directing people, he is lovingly directing a well tendered grill.  A true-blue Kansas City man, he loves the Chiefs and Royals as much as he loves his fiancée and their five children and grandchild!
