Andy has an extensive background in the energy industry, ranging from serving as Chief of Staff at the Missouri Public Service Commission, to representing regulated utilities and other parties before regulatory commissions, and his current role as in house counsel and President of Influent Energy. With regulatory experience in several states and regions, Andy understands the unique hurdles utilities face in developing and owning cutting-edge generation technologies.

When Andy is not nurturing our trusted partnerships, troubleshooting the many obstacles of a solar construction project or drafting legal documents for Influent, he can be found enjoying the company of his two-year old daughter with his gloriously beautiful and hilarious wife.
